  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We aim to dispatch orders within  5-10 working days (unless otherwise stated in description or preorders ) 

     During busy periods this may slightly longer as i only have two hand & a chronic illness <3

    Dispatch times may very during busy periods & holidays. 


    Any other items you purchase alongside a preorder will all be shipped at the same time as your preorder . We suggest making a separate order if you would like other items sooner.




    UK shipping

    • We Ship all orders with Royal Mail 

    • Large & heavy orders may will be shipped with a courier - you will receive an email with tracking information once dispatched .



    International Shipping

    we ship to all countries outside of the UK- via royal mail. 

    We now ONLY ship via tracked shipping due to loss & delayed parcels. 

    we are aware that international shipping can be pricey we do try to add extras & gifts when possible.

    INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE MAY STILL BE DELAYED DELAYED DUE TO COVID. THIS COULD ADD A AROUND A 14DAY DELAY . BY SUBSCRIBING/PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE A DELAY.


    If you suspect your parcel is lost in transitplease inform  us within 30 days from dispatch date or we will not be able to help you sue to currier policy.


     THE BUYER IS RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT CHARGES! We will not be held responsible for any custom charges.  all parcels maybe subject to customs searches meaning your parcel may be opened by inspection officers. 



    Items being shipped anywhere other than the UK will comply with international shipping regulations which means some items are restricted. We will just replace them with something else.






  • PREORDERS

    Pre orders are boxes that are due to be shipped at a later date. Please read the product description to find out when your box will be shipped.  These are made to order items & cannot be shipped sooner. 


     By purchasing a pre order you agree to the waiting time stated on the product listing 


    Any other items you purchase alongside a preorder will all be shipped at the same time as your preorder . We suggest making a separate order if you would like other items sooner.

    I'm afraid we cannot offer refunds for boxes after the 8th of each month as boxes have begun to process.

    We have two different options for you to choose from.

    1. Our one off boxes , the same as out subscription boxes can be purchased from our Occult Box Store these are one time commitment purchases only and your will not be charged monthly. 

    2. Our Subscription boxes - Once you subscribe, we will place a new order with this product every month.  This will ensure you never miss a theme L) . You will be automatically charged the same amount for each order. You can easily manage your subscription or cancel it anytime with no additional charges

  • Are You Eco Friendly?

    The environment is very important to us! 

    We Plant a tree for every order placed with us to help carbon off set your orders. 



    Our aim is to use as little plastic as possible.

    Any bubble wrapping used in our boxes is recycled from our wholesale orders or eco-friendly.

    Postage packing will often be parcel paper /biodegradable/recycled or recyclable.

    All our boxes are card & can always be recycled.

    Plastic is sometimes unavoidable due to postage packing rules and restrictions we have to comply with.

    We will not use bubble wrap when it is not needed.

    We do not throw away plastics , meaning that if an item arrives to us in bubble wrap or plastic we will continue to use it so that it does not end up in landfill .



  • Why does checkout ask for my phone number?

    Don't worry We will never ring you !

    This is a requirment for shipping your order.

    Curriers may use your phone number to  update you regarding delivery.

    We do not have a contact number and we do not take calls.

How do I subscribe?

Click 'Subscription Boxes' in main menu and pick a plan.

What will my boxes contain?

That is a total surprise!
Our Boxes contain a verity of goodies each month.
All cosmetics will be cruelty free. We try to use vegan products as much as possible but cannot guarantee. .

How do i Change my shipping address after subscribing .

Please notify us ASAP of change of address and we can change this on your subscription profile. no need to unsubscribe. Use this link https://www.occultmysterybox.co.uk/change-adress include your full name!
please also make sure your address on your payment profile on paypal is also correct . changing you address on paypal may not change it for us so please always let us know.

What date will my subscription be dispatched?

Monthly subscriptions & one off box pre orders will always be shipped towards the end off each month.
You will subscribe/pay for your subscription between the 25th-7th your box will ship a few weeks after this.

Why can't I use PayPal for a Subscription?

PayPal can only used on orders that do not contain a Subscription plan as our new subscription system does not support PayPal for reoccurring payments.
If you have an old PayPal subscription with us, no worries this will not change , your plan will remain on PayPal until you unsubscribe.
We take all forms of card & payments via STRIPE which is just as secure as paypal .

I forgot to cancel my subscription may I get a refund?

No problem,
drop us a message using the form at the bottom of this page and we can sort this out for you.
please be aware if you request a refund after the 8th of the month we cannot process a refund as your box is already in production.

I don't want to commit monthly can i purchase that months box alone?

Sure thing ! Each months theme can be purchased as a one off from our Store.

Discount codes can be applied to you cart. Please click the shopping basket or trolley icon scroll until you see the question asking  you if you have a discount code / this  may be found under your total or under the checkout & PayPal buttons on mobile devices. Click Redeem coupon & enter code. Click Apply.
 Please note that discount codes can only be redeemed on purchases made in store and CANNOT BE APPLIED TO SUBSCRIPTIONS unless otherwise stated. please make sure correct total is reached before shipping for coupon to apply.
