LOG IN & Manage Your Subscription

IF YOU SUBSCRIBED BEFORE THE 30TH JUNE 2021  YOU


WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS - (PAYPAL PAYMENTS)

We do not have a log in page for subscriptions as all of our subscriptions are run by PayPal.




NEED TO CHANCE THE ADRESS ON YOUR PLAN ?  CLICK HERE

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS ON DESKTOP
- please log into your PayPal Account -  www.paypal.com

- click the 'settings' tab (cog wheel that should be in the upper right hand corner)
. - click 'payments' tab
- click 'Manage your automatic payments
Review the payments you've set up'
-you will now see all of your subscription
-locate OCCULT BOX in the left hand side column. Here you can cancel your plan, see all your payments to us and view the status of your account.
- to cancel your plan now press the CANCEL next to 'Status' button and continue with in screen instruction .
-If your Status shows as Inactive or Suspended your plan in not active and you will NOT be charged,

- You will receive a conformation email from PAYPAL.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION ON PAYPAL MOBILE APP
- download PayPal app.
- open app
- click the settings cog (top upper right )
- click 'Automatic payments' tab.
here you will be able to see all of your automatic payments & subscriptions .
- locate OCCULT BOX and click . (if you cannot find us here you are no longer subscribed )
- scroll to bottom and click 'Remove PayPal as your payment method' and follow the on screen instructions.

- You will receive a conformation email from PAYPAL.

This can also be located in your PayPal subscription set up email you would have received upon subscribing.


If you cannot find your email or log into PayPal Please  CONTACT US please include you full name and post code and We will cancel or pause your plan for you as soon as possible for you.

We will happily cancel your subscription plan.
or You can end your payment subscription via the PayPal website.

It is the buyers responsibility to pause & cancel subscriptions unless we are otherwise informed. Please keep track of your payments & boxes.
I'm afraid we cannot offer refunds for boxes after the 8th of each month as boxes have begun to processes.
