Pre ordered Box Orders are unable to be cancelled after the 8th of The month due to items being custom made to order.

International parcels are subject to customs/import vat charges .these are the in the responsibility of the buyers pay . We ship worldwide but please note International shipping is currently heavily delayed and shipping may take around 6 weeks. 12 weeks for Australia and New Zealand. international wait times are agreed to upon purchasing .

Please understand that the current worldwide situation may involve strikes, lock downs etc that may mean a delays in stock and also in boxes being shipped if things get worse. Should we have to isolate etc .We will try our absolute hardest to ship before the end of the month. We shipped through the entire first lockdown so we do hope to be able to do this again .

International boxes may very slightly from UK boxes due to import restrictions, weight restrictions etc items will always be replaced with items of the same value.

We try to use vegan products as much as possible but cannot guarantee. The rare occasion we use Edible items where they will be vegan .
